I am glad to share that I interviewed with Veersa Technologies for their Software Engineer - Intern, and I could make it and get selected. This article includes a description of each round of interviews and the kind of questions you may expect from them. So, if you are about to appear or are preparing to appear for such a role in the future, give it a read!
My Experience
I applied via elitmus.
Round 1: Online Assessment Test
Online assessment test includes solving 40–50 questions to be solved in a time span of 60 minutes. Questions were from aptitude and verbal.
I could make it to the next round.
Round 2: Technical Interview
Right after the online assessment test, I received a mail for my next round of interviews. The technical interview was taken by 1 person from the Software Development department. Most of the questions he asked me were from my resume, project, and basics of oops, python, and 1 coding question. This round lasted for more than 30 mins.
I could make it but I didn’t take this offer.
My key takeaways:
- Do not hesitate to ask anything to the interviewer if you are not clear about the question he asked.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of the things mentioned in the resume.
- Speak slowly (as I speak with the frequency of 2x) and fluently.
- Consider rejection as the part of learning as it’s gonna help you in other interviews.
